This is a very simple and fast process of setting up the theme and it makes your installation look like our demo site.
When you installed and activated plugins click the Import Demo Data button. The theme will set up everything: pages, blog articles, menus, sidebar widgets. This is recommended to do on fresh installs since some of your content might be replaced.
