To change default fonts for website navigate Pagex > Settings and open Design tab. Here you can specify default Font Family for the Main Font and Headings. If you choose a Google Font, you probably need to specify subsets if your website language is different from Latin.

Not all Google fonts support all subsets so before choosing the subsets make sure that selected font has necessary subsets https://fonts.google.com
